Eli has over eight years of experience in the customer service field. His experience has allowed him to expand his strong skills in analyzing situations, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Before joining Axis as a waterproofing consultant, Eli worked for over four years in the construction industry, where he mainly focused as a Waterproofer installer. Within two years, he quickly moved up to a foreman position where he developed expertise in systems like Hot Applied Rubberized Asphalt (HARA), Epro, below grade, Pli-Dek, etc.
