PRINCIPAL, VICE-PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL
Mr. Meyers is a licensed California attorney and practiced primarily in the areas of construction litigation, contracts, entity formation and governance, and real estate.
He is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and received his BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis
While in high school and college, Mr. Meyers was active in construction, having worked for contractors in the framing, sheetrock, painting, and grading trades.
While practicing, he represented large developers and general contractors, as well as representing subcontractor trades. Mr. Meyers has participated in over 500 depositions and has tried jury and bench trials, as well as participated in arbitrations.
